Tri-City Hoopfest

 Game Play & Timing

• Game Format: Two (2) 20-minute halves.
• Clock: Running clock throughout the game.
• The Final 2: The clock will stop on all whistles during the final two (2) minutes of the second half only.
• Warm-ups/Halftime: 3-minute warm-up period and 2-minute halftime (Subject to change by the Tournament Director to maintain the 45-minute game cycle).

Fouls & Free Throws

• Personal Fouls: Players are disqualified on their 5th personal foul.
• One-and-One: Bonus begins on the 7th team foul of the half.
• Double Bonus: Two shots awarded on the 10th team foul of the half.
• Technical Fouls: Automatic two (2) points and the ball. Two technicals result in immediate ejection from the facility.

Tournament Policies

• Mandatory Education: All teams must attend their scheduled Alexion NF Education Session (15 mins) prior to their first game to remain eligible for play.
• Rosters: Max 15 players per roster. Players may not switch teams once the tournament begins.
• Cashless Venue: We are a 100% cashless event. All gate entries must be paid via the official QR code/Pay Link at the door.
• Conduct: The Letta K Lewis Foundation maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsportsmanlike conduct from players, coaches, or spectators.
