We offer a programs that meet Florida CPALMS Standards for Physical Education. This includes the Physical Fitness Test, an introduction to various sports, Mile Runs, Teamwork, Individual Skill Progression and MORE!

Our team is made up of caring and dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping youth succeed. We are committed to providing the highest quality services and support to our youth and their families, and we work tirelessly to ensure that every young person who comes through our program has the opportunity to thrive.

Coach K, Assistant Coach for Tampa Bay Titans, ISSA Certified Physical Trainer, and former physical education teacher in Hillsborough County.

$225/month includes 8 sessions a month (2x a week)
